iSpott is a WBENC certified company based out of Millbury, Ohio, minority owned and operated. We provide yard management solutions based on our customer’s needs. iSpott specializes in Yard Management and Organization, Yard to Dock / Dock to Yard moves, Short Shuttle operations, and Trailer audit/inventory yard checks. We partner with multiple equipment vendors to offer short-term rentals, as well as install our own equipment for long-term contracts. Flexible scheduling and tailored services to meet our customer’s needs. We create a specific plan for your site’s yard that increases efficiency, profitability, and safety. We source all drivers and equipment and begin operating all yard management tasks at the customer’s pace by a fully trained staff and drivers. We devise a formal timeline for implementation that meets our customer’s needs.

Pricing
Pricing is based on your needs. We have competitive rates and some of the best rates in the industry. We adapt and tailor our pricing to our customer’s needs. iSpott uses itemized weekly invoicing. Each truck, driver hours, and fuel is itemized in an invoice. We create customized invoices that detail each piece of the logistics puzzle you can review – showing you exactly where your money is going.
Safety
Safety is the top priority for iSpott. Every driver and staff team member goes through the iSpott safety program when hired on to our team. Our drivers and staff has continuous safety training which include; daily safety briefs, weekly meeting, and monthly meetings along with new safety protocols and procedures to keep improving the safety of our team members and customers. Every driver and staff member is trained for each site according to site specific SOPs and safety policies and procedures.
